We are the only genuinely affiliated CrossFit box in Maidenhead.

Having opened up in 2021 in a modern warehouse unit just north of the A4  with plenty of parking,  our 3,000sq ft facility is  fitted out to an exceptionally high standard.

  We have the biggest rig, the highest ropes, the most slam balls, sandbags,  benches, Concept 2 rowers, battle ropes, kettlebells  and tons of dumbbells and olympic lifting kit.

Our floor is covered entirely in premium 20mm CrossFit matting, not hard stable mats, to make your workout the most enjoyable possible experience.  

Modern showers and changing rooms, with a communal workspace and free WiFi in case you need to make a work call before or after your workout

Our timetable offers a wide range of options seven days a week from 6am until 9pm including speciality classes to make the most of your fitness journey 

Every class type is included within every membership package - you never pay extra!

We cater for all skill ands experience  levels and have members that range from CrossFit Games finalists through to over the seventies all working alongside each other.

We have dedicated "Fundamentals"  sessions for beginners and we don't charge extra (unlike most other boxes) no matter how many times you want to repeat a module. 

Our coaches can offer one to one Personal Training if required
