All our memberships are monthly with no minimum period. If at any point you want to cancel just give us a months notice.
All payments are via Direct Debit which can be set up on TeamUp. Monthly memberships are collected on the first of the month.
You are free to following your own programming in Open Gym if you wish

Absolutely. One of the great things about CrossFit is that it is fully adaptable around all these issues and others.
Age, physical ability, weight are not barriers. Check out some of the videos on the "Is CrossFit for me" tab for inspiration.
To get started all you need is basic sorts / gym wear (tee-shirt/ shorts/ leggings) and a pair of trainers. Preferably your trainers won't have a super spongy heel . Something with a slightly firmer heel (like a pair of Converse) is ideal. You can get specialist CrossFir trainers but no need at the start.
