All our memberships are monthly with no minimum period. You can cancel anytime on 30 Days notice 


All payments are via Direct Debit  or by Credit / Debit Card

Monthly Memberships are collected on or shortly after 1st of the month 

We do not accept cash paymnets - all bookings and paymnets are WodBoard , our booking platform




You are free to following your own programming in Open Gym if you wish

Absolutely. Trying a few sessions is the best way to get a feel for CrossFit. Contact su at info@lcfm.co.uk and we will sort out a complimentary trial session or use the link on the Memberships & -In tab


Absolutely. One of the great things about CrossFit is that it is fully adaptable around all these issues and others. 

Age, physical ability, weight are not barriers. Check out some of the videos on the "Is CrossFit for me" tab for inspiration. 


To get started all you need is basic sorts / gym wear (tee-shirt/ shorts/ leggings) and a pair of trainers. Preferably your trainers won't have a super spongy heel . Something  with a slightly firmer heel (like a pair of Converse) is ideal. You can get specialist CrossFir trainers but no need at the start.
